We are committed to maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the information on our platform. All reviews undergo a verification process to confirm that they are written by real platform users. We also monitor reviews regularly to ensure they comply with our guidelines.

3. Can I contribute a review anonymously?

Yes, we understand the importance of privacy and the sensitive nature of health-related information. You have the option to submit reviews with a username of your choice to protect your identity while still sharing your valuable experiences with others.

4. Are there guidelines for posting my treatment review?

Absolutely! Please follow these guidelines when posting treatment reviews: This platform is for sharing health-related experiences, but remember it’s a public forum, so be very thoughtful about what you share. It’s your responsibility to keep any personal health information secure and confidential. Personal health information disclosed here is not protected by the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Privacy Rule. Under no circumstances should you share your email address, full name, physical address, phone numbers, or any personally identifying information. If someone requests your private information, immediately inform our administrative staff at Admin@Compendirx.com.

9. Is there a fee to use the platform?

Free access includes the ability to access general resources available on our homepage and read ratings entered by others.

Users may also submit ratings and reviews free of charge but must register with an email address.

Paid access includes a $9.99/Month fee. This subscription allows access to treatment details, including research summaries from our clinical team, navigation of the site without ads, and creation of a personal dashboard. The personal dashboard allows users to track their own treatments, monitor for med alerts, and receive our provider insights newsletter.

10. Is my submitted information protected?

Our IT team employs various strategies to guard against data breaches. However, we remind users to not post private health information when submitting a review. Don’t post any information online that you don’t want to be public.

Additional security features are used to protect your personal dashboard, similar to a patient portal at your local doctor’s office.
