Reversibly inhibits COX-1 and 2 enzymes
Pregnancy
Avoid use during third trimester of pregnancy. Prior to third trimester, use is not recommended unless benefits outweigh risks. Birth defects have been observed following in utero NSAID exposure in some studies.
Lactation
Usually compatible with breastfeeding
