I started dealing with an intensely itchy rash and dark spots on my face, arms, and legs after COVID. After 5 Dermatologist, biopsies, and numerous meds Hydroxyzine (with Allegra in the mornings and Singulair at night) is what had the most impact for me. If I stop taking the antihistamines, the rash, itch, and fatigue come back. I initially got sleepy with the med, but that part seems to be better now. 2 years in a counting but glad to have found something that works! I’m also glad I found a Complex (Immune) Dermatologist who was able to try different treatments with me.
