Lactation
The developmental and health benefits of breastfeeding should be considered along with the mother’s clinical need for umeclidinium/vilanterol and any potential adverse effects on the breastfed child from umeclidinium or vilanterol or from the underlying maternal condition
Warnings
Contraindicated: Severe hypersensitivity to milk proteins, use of LABA without an inhaled corticosteroid is contraindicated in those with asthma ; Warnings: Do not use for acute treatment or in deteriorating COPD, caution in those with cardiovascular disorders, caution in thyrotoxicosis, seizure disorders, diabetes mellitus and ketoacidosis, watch for narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, watch for hypokalemia and hyperglycemia
